The login process has changed in three ways:
- Login has become a multiple step process (detailed below). Instead of one screen where you enter your User ID and Password, you will now enter your User ID, and a random Security Code.
- During the inital enrollment process, you will be asked to enter five Security questions and corresponding answers, as well as Security Image.
- During subsequent logins, you may be asked to answer a Security Question. You will then be asked to enter your Password and to verify your Security Image.
